How can I get my order Exchanged/Returned ?

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at +91 8287552603 or email us at souqannisa.1@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the exchange or return.
Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 hours to guide you through the process.

Exchange / Refund Terms & Conditions

• Order cancellation within 24 hours only.
• Orders can be exchanged or returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after 3 days will not be accepted.
  
• Refunds or exchanges can be done in case you receive any damage or different products.
• No exchanges or returns on accessories due to safety concerns.
• Exchange policy:- Shipping will be deducted plus forward shipping as per product weight.
• Refund policy:-
• Shipping charges will be deducted before processing your refund or gift card.
  
• For Prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank returns
• For Partial COD orders, refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• If there are any issues from our end then we will provide a full refund when an uncut opening video is provided.
  
• For all customized orders, including size 50, plus sizes, and small sizes, exchanges and refunds are not available. These items can only be altered, subject to additional charges, as they are made to order.
• Refunds will be done once we receive the product in our warehouse and it is checked.
• If the returned product shows visible signs of wear, washing, or damage, it will be shipped back to the customer and the exchange/refund will not be processed.

Sale & Promotional Orders Policy:

• All sale, discounted, and promotional purchases are final.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted on sale or promotional items unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
• Orders placed during a sale or promotional event may be cancelled only before fulfillment/dispatch.
• Approved cancellations for sale orders will be refunded as store credit only. No refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.

Return Pickup :

• Return pickups are generated at an additional cost of Rs 250.

Refund Process :

• Refunds will be initiated within 3–4 working days after the product is received at our warehouse.
