How can i get my order Exchanged/Returned ?

You can contact us on +91 79833 74817 or write us an email on with your order number and the reason for Exchanged/Returned. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours to help you process your return.
Terms for Exchange / Returns :
  • Cancellation only within 24 hours.
  • Return or exchange can be done in case you receive any damage or different products.
  • Return or exchange can be done within 3 days after delivery of the parcel.
  • Prepaid & COD orders will only be refunded in the form of a gift card.
  • There will be no exchange or return on customized orders.
  • Products bought during SALE can not only exchanged or refunded because of size.
  • For customized orders, ABAYA SIZE 50 slim & regular fit will not be exchanged because it's very small in size & it made only on orders.
  • Full refund (provided uncut opening video is provided)
  • Will be done once we receive the product in our warehouse and is checked.
  • Shipping of both side (to and from) and transaction amount will be deducted before the refund if the customer wish to get refund because of their personal choices.
  • The gift card issued would be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • If there are visible signs of wear, washing or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the refund/ exchange will not be processed.

    Return Pickup :

    • Reverse pickups are generated at an additional cost of ABAYA Rs. 250, KHIMAR & JILBAB Rs. 200.
    Refund Process :
    • Refund will be initiated after 24-48 hours after we receive the product in our warehouse.
