How can I get my order Exchanged/Returned ?

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at +91 79833 74817 or email us at souqannisa.1@gmail.com  with your order number and a brief reason for the exchange or return.
Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 hours to guide you through the process.

Exchange / Refund Terms & Conditions

  • Orders can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.Requests received after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds or exchanges can be done in case you receive any damage or different products.
  • Exchange policy:- Shipping will be deducted plus forward shipping as per product weight. 

  • Refund policy:- 

  • Refund orders can be done in the form of Gift cards or Bank Returns.
  • For Partial COD orders, refunds will be issued only in the form of a gift card, valid for from the date of issue.
  • Products purchased during a Sale can only be exchanged or refunded via a gift card. The gift card will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • If there are any issues from our end then we will provide a full refund when an uncut opening video is provided.
  • For customized orders, ABAYA & IRANI CHADAR SIZE 50 /Plus size will not be exchanged or refund only altered with additional charges because it's very small in size & it is made only on orders.
  • Refunds will be done once we receive the product in our warehouse and it is checked.
  • If the returned product shows visible signs of wear, washing, or damage, it will be shipped back to the customer and the exchange/refund will not be processed.
  • Once a product has been exchanged or returned, it is not eligible for further exchanges or returns.

  • Products purchased during the Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Return Pickup :

  • Return pickups are generated at an additional cost of Rs. 200 .

Refund Process :

  • Refunds will be initiated after 24-48 hours after we receive the product in our warehouse.

Items bought on Sale will not be exchanged or refunded because of size & no alterations available.
