How can I get my order Exchanged/Returned ?

Exchange / Refund Terms & Conditions

• Order cancellation within 24 hours only.
• Orders can be exchanged or returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after 3 days will not be accepted.
  
• Refunds or exchanges can be done in case you receive any damage or different products.
• No exchanges or returns on accessories due to safety concerns.
• Exchange policy:- Shipping will be deducted plus forward shipping as per product weight.
• Refund policy:-
• Shipping charges will be deducted before processing your refund or gift card.
  
• For Prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as gift cards or bank returns
• For Partial COD orders, refunds will be issued only in the form of a gift card, valid for from the date of issue.
• Products purchased during a Sale can only be exchanged or refunded via a gift card. The gift card will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• If there are any issues from our end then we will provide a full refund when an uncut opening video is provided.
  
• For customized orders, ABAYA & IRANI CHADAR SIZE 50 /Plus size will not be exchanged or refund only altered with additional charges because it's very small in size & it is made only on orders.
• Refunds will be done once we receive the product in our warehouse and it is checked.
• If the returned product shows visible signs of wear, washing, or damage, it will be shipped back to the customer and the exchange/refund will not be processed.
  

• Products purchased during the Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Return Pickup :

• Return pickups are generated at an additional cost of Rs. 200.

The colors and get-up of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to photographic lighting sources or differences in device screen settings, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your screen will completely reflect the true colour of the product ordered. A little variance in colour is expected.
