How can I get my order Exchanged/Returned ?

Terms for Exchange / Refund :

• Order Cancellation within 24 hours only. 5% amount will be deducted as a transaction & miscellaneous charges.
• Refunds or exchanges can be done in case you receive any damage or different products.
• Refund or exchange can be done within 3 days after delivery of the parcel.

• Exchange policy:- Shipping will be deducted plus forward shipping as per product weight. 

• Refund policy:- 15% amount will be deducted as a processing charge plus shipping charges will be deducted.

• Refund orders can be done in the form of Gift cards or Bank Returns.

• Partial COD amount Rs 100 is non refundable.

• If there are any issues from our end then we will provide a full refund when an uncut opening video is provided.

• No exchange/refund on customized orders, only will be altered with additional charges.

• For customized orders, ABAYA SIZE 50 slim & regular fit will not be exchanged or refund only altered with additional charges because it's very small in size & it is made only on orders.

• Refunds will be done once we receive the product in our warehouse and it is checked.

• If there are visible signs of wear, washing or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the refund/ exchange will not be processed.

Return Pickup :

• Return pickups are generated at an additional cost of ABAYA Rs. 250, KHIMAR & JILBAB Rs. 200.

Refund Process :

• Refunds will be initiated after 24-48 hours after we receive the product in our warehouse.

A little variance in colour is expected.
